How to do the Skills
Toe Taps
Start balancing on your left foot with the front part of the bottom of your right foot on top of the ball. Don’t put any weight on the ball, just rest your right foot on the ball. Hop and alternate tapping the top of the ball with each foot. Try to keep the ball in one spot instead of allowing the ball to move up and back.
Pullback Behind Foot
Start with the ball in front of your right side with your right foot resting on top of the ball. Pull the ball back behind you and push it behind your left leg using the inside of your right foot. As the ball is rolling, hop and use your left leg to reach out for the ball and pull it back using the bottom of the left foot. Push it around your right leg using the inside of your right foot. Repeat and continue.
Triangles
Start with the ball on the inside of the right foot. Tap it across to the inside of the left foot. Tap the ball with the inside of the left foot up in front of the right foot. Use the bottom of the right foot to pull the ball back. That forms a triangle. Keep going. After a while, switch and start with the left foot.
Push-Pull
While standing on your left foot, use the inside of the right foot to push the ball forward. Then switch feet and stand on your right foot while using the bottom of your left foot to stop the ball, pull it back, and then use the inside of your left foot to push the ball forward. Then switch feet again and stand on your left foot while using the bottom of your right foot to stop the ball, pull it back, and then use the inside of your right foot to push the ball forward. Continue while switching feet and pushing and pulling the ball. Try to get into a rhythm while keep the ball under control.
Sole Roll Tap Tap
Start with the ball in front of one of your left foot. Reach across with the right foot and pull the ball across the front of your body. Hop and tap the ball with the left foot first and right foot next. After the 2nd tap, reach across with the left foot (farthest away), and pull the ball across the front of your body. Hop and tap the ball with the right foot first and left foot next. Repeat and continue.
Sole Roll Stop
Start with the bottom (sole) of your left foot on the ball in front of you. Roll the ball across your body and stop it with the bottom (sole) of your right foot. Then use the bottom (sole) of your right foot to roll it back across your body and stop it with the bottom (sole) of your left foot. Repeat and continue.
