• Tom established the largest Soccer Technical Skills Commercial School business in the World with over 120 schools.

• He has influenced soccer education in Japan with over 2,000 events for over 500,000 children.

• Tom appeared in over 3,500 episodes on Japan’s Number One Kids TV Program for 14 years as he presented the “Tomsan’s Soccer Technics” corner every morning.

• His training philosophy, based on his book, Soccer Starts at Home®, has been seen as a major breakthrough into why only a few countries develop top Soccer Players in the world. His philosophy has been presented to premier country federations and top club around the world, including Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb and more.

• Tom was recently invited to FIFA, the world’s governing body of soccer, to present to the leading soccer club executives from around the world.

• Tom is the only Grassroots Coach in the world to be recognized by Adidas International with their Golden Boot Award.
